Camp HRC

For Black Women finding the balance between REST and RESILIENCE.

Wellness retreats intentionally created for Black women to rest, reconnect, and rejuvenate in a nurturing environment.

Since 2023 our events have blended healing, community, and joy. Offering an opportunity to slow down, prioritize yourself, and connect with like-minded Black women.

Why Camp HRC

In a world that requires our resilience while reminding us of our need for rest, it’s hard to know when to activate which.

We’re told to push through, to keep going, to wear strength like armor, in the same breath we are told to slow down, take breaks, and respect our capacity.

But what does it truly look like to exist in a space where we can hold both?

Can resilience and rest coexist without guilt, contradiction or dreams deferred?
